The Applicant(s) understand that if a Residential Tenancy Agreement is entered into by the Applicant(s) and Landlord, a Security Deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the noted Base Rent must be provided to the Landlord within 24 hours in the form of a Bank Draft or Certified Cheque. The Security Deposit will be retained and held under the terms of the Landlords Residential Tenancy Agreement.

The Applicant hereby agree to The Dayhu obtaining personal and credit information reports on the Applicant from one or more consumer reporting agencies, employers, current and previous landlords and/or other sources, in order to make a decision regarding this application to rent. This application authorizes the reporting agencies and all other persons to disclose information about me, the Applicant, to Dayhu. It is agreed that where this application is rejected, the Landlord shall not require to give reason therefore.
